A Swiss Canadian, has been involved in gastronomy for some 20 years working in both North America and Europe. Starting as a chef, waiter, barman working himself up to the position of Managing Director of a very large gastro operation. Wolf specializes in re-launching concepts which he managed to demonstrate within the past 10 years. He has successfully lead over 15 different restaurants starting at the young age of 19 when he acquired his first management position.
Wolf studied at Harvard University as well as Cornell University-School of Hotel Administration, and has an Honors degree as dipl. eidg. Hotelier-Restaurateur SHV (from the sister school of Ecole Hotelier de Lausanne "Les Roches"). Wolf also recently completed his dual MBA from European University and La Salle University. His dissertation topic of "Emotional Intelligence - the key the effective project management" earned him a 6.0 perfect score and advancement for his Doctorate in Business Administration at both Universities.
Wolf strengths are his leadership skills and his creative ability to envision something and then put it into action. He has an immense network of contacts on a local and also an international level. Wolf is Vice President of the Cornell Hotel Society (CH), Vice President of the Cambridge Society of Food and Beverage Management (CDN), Member of YPO (Young Presidents´ Organization). Wolf´s hobbies include Tae Kwon Do (whereby he holds a second degree black belt), tennis, skiing and golf.
